Throughout her 34 year career as a family law practitioner, Attorney Magyaros’ approach has always been to address and work through the issues on the front end and prior to the filing of a divorce. Many divorce attorneys have a ’file with the court first and we will figure it out later’ approach resulting in many hours and dollars wasted going through those litigation channels which most oftentimes are not necessary.

Dissolutions of Marriage
A dissolution is a more efficient, cooperative process to end your marriage with less stress and conflict than a litigated divorce, and a dissolution allows you to be in control of the process and all decisions, not the court.
Negotiated Processes
Attorney Magyaros will work with you to find fair and appropriate solutions that make sense for your particular situation. We resolve issues on the division of property, children, and support without unnecessary litigation. Issues can also include post-decree matters.
Divorce Coaching
Personalized support at any point of the process to help clients stay focused and navigate the emotional challenges of divorce.
Mediation Counsel
A mediator is an independent and neutral third party who can assist in reaching resolution but who cannot give legal advice. It is important that both parties in a mediation have separate legal counsel throughout the process. Attorney Magyaros represents her clients in mediation and through the conclusion of the matter.
